It's Nikki here, your Director of Happiness and I am here to literally "make you happy" in anyway I can.

I check in throughout the day, Monday's to Friday's on the Desk from 9am - 5pm CST (Adelaide, South Australia time) and I will answer your email within 24-48 hours mostly. I don't typically answer emails on the weekends, that's because I have weekends off.

And remember if you live outside of Australia, our time zone is ahead of almost every other country in the world and more than likely when you send your request, I will still be sleeping or if its a Friday you are sending your email, it will be Saturday here, but will get to your request as soon as I can.

Just one thing however, Peta would love to answer your Facerobics Questions but is unable to via this forum.

To receive an answer to your Facerobics questions please subscribe to the FACEROBICS® Channel on Youtube and then ask your question under the relevant Video after Subscribing. Peta will pick your question up there and do her best to help.

Just one thing, before you send me your request, could you please take the time to read how the ticketing system works? I realise there is a few words to read, but I would really appreciate it! It won't take long, I promise.

You will need to create an account and be logged into your account to access this ticket system. To log in you will need your username and password you originally used to set up your account. You did save it and wrote it down, didn't you?

The best thing about this system, that will make you "happy" is every new support request you open is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress online and when I receive the ticket, it will automatically be answered under the ticket number thread. You don't even have to open a new ticket to answer! You can answer that one... so easy!

You will also receive an email from me in your in box with the answer, but, you will need to log in again to answer me. Don't reply to the email directly because it is a no-reply address and sadly I won't receive it.

When you are making an inquiry for the first time, go to the bright green "Create New Ticket" button in the top left hand corner and initiate a new ticket.

You will find every ticket you send in your dashboard below. When I respond, you need to log back into the system and answer the existing ticket located under the tickets tab.

Now you know how to use the system like a pro, scroll down further to log in. Once you log in, the ticket system dashboard will appear. Remember to pop in your Order number and other relevant details to help me "make you happier" faster!
