Just one you start, Peta would love to answer your Facerobics Questions but is unable to via this forum. To receive an answer to your Facerobics questions please subscribe to the FACEROBICS® Channel on Youtube and then ask your question under the relevant Video after Subscribing. Peta will pick your question up there and do her best to help.

When you are making an inquiry for the first time, you will need to create an account (if you don't have one already), log in and go to the "Create New Ticket" button in the top left hand corner and initiate a new ticket.
You will find every ticket you send in your dashboard below. When we respond, it will be recorded in your ticket system, you need to log back into the system and answer the existing ticket located under the tickets tab.
You will also receive an email from me in your in box with the answer, but, you will need to log in again to answer me. Don't reply to the email directly because it is a no-reply address and we won't receive it.
If you do not receive your reply email, it may have gone into your spam / junk folder. Please look there first before sending another email.
If we receive any kind of abuse your account will be deleted regardless of your enquiry or Membership Status.
