The following form is an application to join the Facerobics Gym. Submitting this application does not guarantee membership.

You will be joining an Elite group of people from all walks of life.

We are looking for people who are like minded, who are motivated toward self-improvement, courteous, supportive and well-mannered, willing to learn by following Facerobics instructional content and able to give themselves time to learn how to navigate the site. We are also looking for people who are courteous and polite in all steps of the purchasing and/or refund process.

All questions must be answered with 25 words or more to allow submission of this form.

    Facerobics has opened the Membership Site to UK and Ireland Customers, on the proviso the following terms are agreed to when you submit an application.

    Code of Conduct

    The reasons why Facerobics has not allowed customers from UK and Ireland is because we have experienced, for many years, a disproportionate amount of abuse and bullying from those regions, largely due to those people not READING or UNDERSTANDING the terms and conditions, not understanding how AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS work and not learning how to use the site properly.

    As a user of this site, bullying, harassment or abuse of any kind is not tolerated for any reason, including abusive emails and abusive language regarding refunds.

    Should you choose to conduct yourself in this manner, Facerobics Administrators reserve the right to terminate your account without notice, block your Facebook Account, with no refund offered and report your conduct to PayPal or any Credit Card Payment Gateway services used on the Facerobics web site.

    Specifically you agree to the following:

    > I will read the Terms and Conditions and understand I am entering a billing agreement contract that is paid on the Anniversary Date of when I originally joined the site every year I choose to be a member.

    > I understand that I am responsible for cancelling my membership, before the Anniversary Rollover date and will not receive a refund if I have missed this date, for any reason.

    > I will not engage in abusive behaviour towards Facerobics Administrators or fellow members under any circumstances.

    > I understand that I will be deleted and blocked without offer of refund if I engage in this manner.

    You will only be granted access if you agree to the above conditions on an ongoing basis.

    About Your Membership

    You will be signing up to an ongoing yearly Subscription & Membership Service

    This means that by joining the Facerobics Membership Site you are granted an ongoing Membership and access, as long as you maintain an active Subscription. You will be AUTOMATICALLY BILLED on the anniversary of your joining date YEARLY and you will be signing a Billing Agreement when you process your order though PayPal or your Credit Card.

    Continued Subscription Services

    If you wish to continue with your ongoing Membership, you do not need to do anything. To ensure that your Membership access rolls over smoothly, you need to ensure funds are in your account on your Billing Anniversary Date. These payments are AUTOMATIC Recurring Payments (that you will agree to) which will be deducted from your account on your Anniversary Date of joining the site.

    If funds are not available, your Membership will be cancelled automatically.

    Cancelling Subscription Services

    To CANCEL your Subscription and Membership Service you need to do so at least two (2) days before the AUTOMATIC Annual Renewal Date. If you do not do this at least two (2) days prior to the end of your current subscription period, the payment for the AUTOMATIC RECURRING PAYMENT of the subscription payment will be processed for another year and no refunds will be offered.

    You will find this information under your My Account then Subscriptions.

    Do you understand that YOU are responsible for Cancelling your Subscription before the due date and no refund will be offered after the date of your Anniversary Rollover?

    Refunds

    If you have cancelled and your Membership payment is deducted unexpectedly, you may request a refund, if your Subscription and Membership Service was cancelled prior to YOUR AUTOMATIC ROLLOVER ANNIVERSARY DATE. You must show proof that you cancelled previous to your Anniversary Rollover Date and we will be happy to refund you.

    Currency

    All money shown on the Facerobics Site is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your financial institution will make the exchange once the transaction hits your account. Do you understand when you process the order it will be shown in AUD only and no other currencies?

    Purchasing outside of Australia

    Due to Australian tax laws, the figures show less 10% than quoted if you are purchasing outside of Australia.

    Communications Sent from Facerobics

    Facerobics provides a TICKET SYSTEM on the site for you to communicate with Administrators and Peta. This means you need to log into your account and raise a ticket from the ticketing system. This is the ONLY way you can send an email to Peta.
